Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for commercial excellence by liaise across commercial functions such as
sales and marketing by providing strategic insight with current business and quality of execution,
continuous sales force effectiveness management & improvement in the areas of knowledge, messages,
skills, metrics and strategies that sales people apply as they work sales opportunities to achieve sales and
profit target.
1. Build Database for commercial execution especially field activities by field force, analyze it and provide
strategic insight to key stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, medical and finance to explore market
potential and opportunity:
2. Develop field force capability by providing various tools and matrix to improve quality of execution
3. Lead key projects or initiatives relating to sales and operation excellence including
Industry benchmarking
4. Lead/participate in developing optimal sales models or structures, ultimately to keep the company
ahead in meeting customer needs and catching up dynamic environment.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree.
- More than 10 years¡¯ experience of commercial functions (sales, marketing or market research, etc) in
pharmaceutical or medical device products is required.
- Commercial Excellence or SFE experience would be plus(not mandatory)
- People management experience, especially sales management, is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
- Build solid and effective working relationships with colleagues in other departments
- Work independently and take initiatives
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
- English communication capability is a plus
