Job Purpose:
- In-licensing BD: To find and evaluate new business development opportunities.
- Out-sourcing BD: Alliance management in both performance and contractual aspect.
- To follow up and manage the BD projects ongoing.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support business development manager in preparation of materials or business cases for new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, analyze the business potential and financials, and prepare negotiation and foloow-up internal approval process.
- Cross functional coordination and follow up for ongoing projects.
- Monitor and screen the local development items. Find and suggest new external opportunities which may bring synergy or upside to the Company.
- Manage and improve the partner performance on alliance products (outsourcing cases).
