[Role Summary]
Create and implement an actionable medical reference, clinical education and support strategy for Sleep therapy. Serve as the sleep clinical marketing expert for the Koreanmarketplace. Provide clinical resource support for the sales and marketing teams as required.Work with KOLs and sleep labs to develop brand preference for Philips.
[Key areas of Responsibilities]
• Clinical Strategy and Implementation: Build and execute a comprehensive physician and sleep technicians education plan to help them understand, accept and recommend sleep therapy - including differentiation among Brands
• Drive a strategic Key Opinion Leader (KOL) plan, cultivating collaborative relationships with current and future thought leaders in academic and clinical sleep medicine at the country and regional level
• Interface with clinicians and researchers to support implementation of marketing plans
• Organize local physicians talks to acquaint the physicians with sleep therapy
• Liaison with BU clinical, regulatory, sales, and marketing to lead customer-facing clinical communications about sleep therapy and diagnostics
• Ensure standardization for CPAP titration, mask fitting, diagnostic equipment usage protocols; gather feedback and implement continuous improvement steps
• Develop, train, and ensure high-clinical competency of channel partners clinical specialist and own sales force
• Develop an intimate and up-to-date understanding of customers clinical needs in order to support them in achieving their marketing targets
• Oversee development of customers¡¯ clinical tools (e.g. treatment standardization tools)
• In conjunction with product marketing, improve and develop physician education materials, perform literature searches and prepare key publication library in conjunction with product management and education specialists
• Participate in international trade shows, conventions and exhibitions
• Work closely with sales managers to support them on account level quarterly clinical marketing activities
• Define and supervise the initiation, execution and publication of select clinical projects, partnering with the clinical studies group/customers on the details of execution and reporting for important studies in the field in the region
[Qualifications & Requirements]
• Native English is MUST
• Education - Intermediate to advanced level education
• Experience - 3 years of sleep lab or sleep medicine experience as a clinician and 3 years of experience in Sleep therapy ( medical devices) Sales & Marketing position
• Thorough knowledge of the local Homecare market including customer, competitors and Insurance companies. Strong manager, but also a teamplayer. A motivator with drive.
• Must be able to support regional management in taking business decisions.
• Must be able to understand and work in a matrix organization.
• Good knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good presentation skills. Strong training skills.
